Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment
PERI would like to announce the finalisation of our 2012/2013 Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment verification audit by Empowerdex. Fasco Holdings (Pty) Ltd's Procurement Recognition Level is rated as 100% (Level 4 Contributor).
PERI is a certified BBBEE supplier
FASCO Holdings (Pty) Ltd incorporating PERI Formwork Scaffolding Engineering (Pty) Ltd is verified by Empowerdex as a Value Adding Enterprise. As an incentive the original Procurement Recognition level of a 100% increases by a factor of 1.25. This means that expenses associated with services and/or product procured from PERI Formwork Scaffolding Engineering (Pty) Ltd can be claimed as a 125% black empowered spend for purposes related to procurement on the BBBEE scorecard.
The verification of PERI's BBBEE programme is an ongoing journey. Post-verification BBBEE strategy and development will continue with focus on PERI's business needs and the ongoing achievement of clearly defined black empowerment and transformation objectives.
