PERI supplied two thousand eight hundred MULTIPROPs for the construction of two gatehouses. The 10m-high MULTIPROP tower consist of five MRK Frame layers with UZR beams integrating the beam and deck design. The total Steyn City development covers approximately 700 Ha with 11,000 residential units, two private schools, office developments, convenience shopping, a retirement village and a private hospital being planned.
