Shutter Strip R100 is a low-viscosity, clear, honey-coloured mould release oil suitable for steel, timber and other shuttering surfaces. It provides a smooth release for concrete castings, ensuring high-quality finishes while preventing corrosion of steel moulds. With easy spray application and no build-up, Shutter Strip R100 is effective across all concrete types, including mixes with high cement content. It is an economical, low-odour solution that delivers consistent results in both small-scale and large-scale casting operations. Coverage is approximately 15–35 m² per litre, depending on surface conditions and application method.
