Accelerated refurbishment project: the customized project solution was based on two compatible PERI modular construction systems – VARIOKIT and PERI UP.
Cantilevered instead of positioning: the cantilevered load platforms were offset on every floor.
Using RCS rails and trolleys from the PERI UP system has allowed bulky components to be easily moved through the window openings to the outside.
At the same time as the construction work on the ground floor, the 165 hotel rooms in the upper floors were completely refurbished with the help of PERI cantilevered platforms.
