Impressions from the project process
The first of a total of three sections will become operational in the autumn of 2017.
In Edmonton/Alberta, the world´s most advanced oil sand refinery is being constructed on a 2 km² site.
In addition to the system-related assembly and safety advantages provided by PERI UP, the competent on-site project support in particular is an important factor for realizing time and cost reductions.
Safe working platforms without tripping hazards; scaffolding installation to accommodate plant components can be systematically and flexibly carried out, i.e. without time-consuming on-site tube and coupling assembly, in 25 cm increments.
Project-specific PERI UP industrial scaffold solutions accelerate working operations and increase safety levels.
Integrated staircases with widths of up to 1.25 m allow convenient and rapid access to all scaffold levels.
The detailed 3D scaffold planning with PERI CAD and the early consultation and coordination with all project participants has increased both work safety and efficiency.

There are a number of challenges in the industry, period just in regards to cost. With PERI UP system scaffold we get the usually in the scaffolding market high direct labor cost down.
