Only 7 months after beginning the excavation and foundation work, the topping-out ceremony took place; 8 months later, production started in August 2009.
For safe forming, reinforcement and concreting of the 9.90 m high wall, a PERI UP Rosett working scaffold was used.
The up to 2 m thick wall sections and columns could be economically constructed with the TRIO panel formwork.
For the 6.60 m high, massive reinforced concrete walls, the TRIO 330 was extended and supplemented with TRIO concreating platforms.
PERI UP Rosett served as shoring for the cantilevered cast in-situ concrete slab and as a working platform for placing the TRIO external formwork.

PERI UP site stair towers provided safe access to all working areas.

In my opinion, PERI UP is two thirds faster than common scaffolding systems. On the one hand, we are able to erect it fast and safely, and on the other hand, we achieve an efficient construction sequence due to the flexibility and versatility.
