Impressions from the project process
With formwork and scaffolding systems perfectly matched each structural component, the concrete frame could be completely finished in only 9 months.
In the area of the building core, PERI UP modular scaffolding was used. Combined with HD 200 heavy-duty props, the contractor received an appropriate load-bearing system for constructing the up to 7 m high wall sections at heights of up to 16 metres.
The continuously changing radii of the curved swimming pool edges were accurately constructed using the continuously-adjustable RUNDFLEX circular formwork.
PERI UP Rosett shoring, combined with HD 200 heavy-duty props, for transferring the concreting and live loads during construction of the up to 15 m high wall sections.
For the floor slabs up to 55 cm thick and 5 m ceiling heights, the construction site team used SKYDECK panel slab formwork with dropheads.

The PERI UP shoring system convinced us by its low individual weight and utmost stability. This helps us to achieve fast erection times as well as the moving of whole scaffolding units by crane. Also the decision in favour of SKYDECK and RUNDFLEX was good. Both are simple and flexible systems and with them, you can implement even difficult layout geometries without much effort.
